Here's the most common problems:
First, make sure you are accepting first party cookies as our membership
software uses them to pass the user name and password from page to page in the
members area. The easiest way to make sure that our security software and yours
is talking is to make us a trusted site. Here's the link to full directions on

If that doesn't solve the problem, then you may be running a
firewall (cable modems especially) that prevents our system from talking to
yours. If that is the case, you'll need to make us a trusted or white listed
site on your firewall as well. While I can help in this area, your first and
best bet is to use your cable companies support and have them show you on your
particular software where and how to do that. Should they be no help, and some
of them aren't, then just let me know the model of your modem and I'll look up
the instructions and talk you through setting it up.

How Do I Change My E-Mail or Account Information?
Just log into your Members Home page. You can get there direct by going
(it's the button in the upper left in blue) or through the link in the upper
left of any of your Subscription area pages.
Once inside, you'll see a text link in the Box on the Right for your Account
information. From there you can change your mail, your user name and
password, your address or any other part of your account information.
It's that easy. But, should you have any problems, just let Kathy or I
know and we'll be happy to make the changes for you.
What if I forget my User Name and Password?
On the login screen for any of your subscriptions or for your Members Home
page, just look below the user name and password boxes.
There you'll find a place to have your account login information sent to you
Just remember that it only accepts the e-mail you have listed in your account
information. So be sure and keep your account up to date with any address

address list in your webmail programs. That will help keep your filters
from blocking your password request mails.
